We at Top Catch Fish & Chips take pride in everything we do we make every effort to ensure that the quality and standards of our product and service remain consistently high. Nothing is pre prepared, we cook to order. We use one of the very best quality deep frying oils on the market, CRISCO is an high oleic Canola Oil. It is 100% cholesterol free, is approved by the Heart Foundation, is virtually Trans Fatty Acid free and has a reading 0.9g per 100g serve, is Halal approved and is Gluten free. Furthermore, our oil is filtered daily in order to ensure purity and maximum taste. Our potato chips are blanched in vegetable oil in the factory where they are produced and are also 100% cholesterol free.

At Top Catch we source the best fish possible which includes fish from Australia and around the world.

Although, to all intents and purposes, we are ostensibly a Take Away, we do have seating for 50 customers. So when we do get busy and the queues are long, please do not despair, you won’t wait more than 15 minutes and the wait will be well worth it.

By arrangement, we also cater for groups, the smallest we have had is six people, the biggest was 150 students – no problems at all. The north eastern side of the harbour has the most beautiful grassed areas, where if you would like to stretch out on the lawns and enjoy the sun, all you have to do is take a short walk over the only bridge of it’s kind in Australia and you’re there.
